Welcome to CodeQuest, an online platform that allows users to learn to
govern your use of the CodeQuest website (the "Website") and the services
offered through the Website (the "Services"). By using the Website and the
Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to
these Terms, please do not use the Website or the Services.
Use of the Website and Services
You may use the Website and the Services for lawful purposes only. You may
not use the Website or the Services in any way that is prohibited by these

of the Website and the Services complies with these Terms and all
CodeQuest is currently in EARLY alpha, this means that the game is still
in development and is not yet ready for public use. CodeQuest is not
responsible for any damage caused by the use of the Website or the
Account Creation and User-generated Content
In order to use certain features of the Website and the Services, you may
be required to create an account. When creating an account, you must
provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for
restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility
for all activities that occur under your account or password.
You may be able to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available
content, including but not limited to text, photos, and videos, through
the Website and the Services (“User-generated Content”). By making any
User-generated Content available through the Website and the Services, you
grant CodeQuest a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable,
royalty-free, worldwide license to use any User-generated Content that you
make available through the Website and the Services.
CodeQuest's Proprietary Rights
The Website and the Services, including but not limited to text, software,
scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features and
the like, and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein
(“Marks”), are owned by or licensed to CodeQuest, subject to copyright and
other intellectual property rights under the law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available"
basis. CodeQuest makes no representations or warranties of any kind,
express or implied, as to the operation of the Website or the Services, or
the information, content, materials, or products included on the Website
or the Services. CodeQuest does not warrant that the Website or the
Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and CodeQuest will not be
liable for any interruptions or errors.
Limitation of Liability
CodeQuest will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the
use of the Website or the Services, including but not limited to direct,
indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Firebase, Google Firebase Authentication, Google Realtime Database. By
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CodeQuest
regarding the use of the Website and Services. The failure of CodeQuest to
enforce any right or provision in these Terms will not constitute a waiver
of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in
writing. In the event that any provision of these Terms is held to be
invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will
remain in full force and effect.
